Team member visits the University of Maribor
From 17 July to 27 July 2017, a member of the research team Associate Professor Antonija Zubović stayed at the Faculty of Law University of Maribor (Slovenia), with the purpose of conducting a research related to this project. One of the objectives of the research was an examination of specific legal issues regarding the calculation of proxy votes in the control threshold. The results of the research served as bases for paper to be published in the Proceedings of the International Multidisciplinary Scientific Conference of Social Sciences (SGEM 2017), which are to be indexed in ISI Web of Sciences, Web of Knowledge. Associate Professor Antonija Zubović published a paper in English titled “Calculating proxy votes in the control threshold in Croatian takeover law“ (DOI: 10.5593/sgemsocial2017/12/S02.045).
