Study visits of the research team members
Two members of the research team visited the Faculty of Law University of Maribor (Slovenia) in July 2016. From 11 July to 20 July 2016, Associate Professor Dionis Jurić conducted his scientific research on the freedom to provide services and its realization, which, with the freedom of establishment, guarantees mobility of businesses and professionals within the EU. From 11 July to 22 July 2016, Assistant Professor Antonija Zubović conducted her research on legal regulation and implementation of takeover procedures in Croatian and Slovenian law and open issues in their implementation. One of the pointed issues relates to latest amendments of Slovenian law that resulted in revision of the control threshold which triggers a duty to launch the takeover bid.
