Announcement of the 1st meeting with consultants
On 12 June 2015, the first meeting of researchers and consultants will take place at the Faculty of Law in Rijeka. The purpose of the meeting is to present the project team’s initial results based on research into the legal models of acquisitions in the post-accession period as well as to obtain relevant inputs from the consultants, taking the role od regulators, providers of the capital, or the acquiring companies. This meeting should also serve as preparation for the forthcomming conference on the topic of Corporate Acquisitions and Access to Enterprenurial Financing in the Post-Accession Era, oragnised by the project team. Scheduled to take place on 5 and 6 October 2015 at the Jean Monnet Interuniversity Centre of Exellence, Opatija, the conference aims to bring together professionals and academics from Croatia and abroad.
