Project team
The Project Team includes the Research Unit and the network of consultants.
The Research Unit consists of academic staff of the Faculty of Law, University of Rijeka, Croatia. They belong to three Faculty Departments: the Commercial and Company Law Department, the Financial Law Department, and the European and Private International Law Department. This cross-disciplinal structure enables researchers to integrate research concerned with various legal aspects of the corporate acquisitions and company restructuring.
In the course of research, researchers are continuously assisted by the network of external consultants. The aim of collaboration with the practitioners is to identify all potentially problematic issues as well as to test the academic findings against the companies’ actual concerns.
